Terms of Service & Standard Commission Process

(Processes will vary for special commissions. See Commission Forms for specific details.)

Terms:
* All correspondence is done through email, no exceptions.
* Visual references are required when submitting your form unless you're paying for a custom design.
* Gear may fall subject to my close interpretation.
* Payment is due in full within 48 hours of sketch SUBMITTAL.
* Please do me the courtesy of notifying me of any issues with payment -before- your scheduled slot begins if possible.
* No refunds unless I am unable to complete your piece.I retain the right to use commissioned art in my own advertising as a way of displaying my work. I will never sell any image that is commissioned by you as you retain the full rights to your characters. You may request that I not use the image of your character for future advertising by written request.You may crop or resize the image if using for an avatar or header image, etc. The image can be reposted for non commercial, non profit use with artistic credit and links to me. You do not hold the rights to publish and/or profit from your commission without my written permission. You may use the image commercially by purchasing a license to do so and receive a receipt giving my expressed permission.Special Note: If more than one person is going in on a single commission, I will communicate through email only with the individual I'm invoicing. I prefer this to be the person filling out the form. They alone will be responsible for gathering all edit requests and collecting payments from their party members within a timely manner. My commission process will remain the same as any standard commission.

Process:
* You'll receive your sketch typically within a week of your start date. Note any requests for corrections and adjustments at this stage as the design can't be altered once approved. Any requested changes deviating from your original submission may incur additional charges or may be rejected. Limited revisions apply as stated in your form.* Payment is due in full within 48 hours of sketch submittal and before your piece moves forward. - I will send you a PayPal invoice to the email provided. - If you foresee any issues with payment, notify me as soon as possible. Do not wait until I submit your sketch for review, I'm always happy to help work through unforeseen events.Change to previous process: Clean line approvals will now be provided only on highly detailed pieces or by form at the commissioner's request.* After receipt of payment, you'll receive an email confirmation, followed by the completed work shortly after. Only colors will be adjusted at this final stage unless I've made an error during lining or deviated from the approved sketch.* You'll receive a temporary link to your final piece. You're free to download your art direct from this link or I can email the PNG to you by request.* Expect the entire process to take approximately two weeks from paid invoice. You can follow my commission queue and view progress on your piece at www.trello.com/b/stl2nWjK/commissions .* If at any time there is a 48 hour lapse with no response, your piece will be placed on hold and rescheduled for completion at my earliest convenience. IF PAYMENT HAS NOT YET BEEN MADE AT THIS POINT, IT MAY RESULT IN A RESCHEDULE OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR SLOT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF WORK HAS BEGUN.

Anything else I choose to add on the flyI will not be accepting requests for ponies, furries or most anthros. I reserve the right to turn down requests that I'm not interested in drawing. Please don't take offense if your request is rejected. If the requested content is something that holds no interest for me, I can't give you my best work and I respect us both enough to keep it honest.When available, Pin-Up/NSFW Work is available only to previous clients over the age of 18 and to those I have worked with previously!
